iPhotoEditor

Every tool runs in your browser. Your photos never leave your device — see how that works.

Terms of use

Last updated: August 2026.

The service

iPhotoEditor provides browser-based image tools that execute on your device. Because your files are processed locally and never transmitted to us, you retain complete possession of your content at all times — we acquire no copy, licence or interest in anything you edit.

Acceptable use

Use the tools only with content you have the right to use. You are responsible for the results you create and how you use them — including compliance with the requirements of any authority you submit photos to, and the laws applicable to you.

Official documents disclaimer

The ID-photo tools measure images against published specifications and are provided as a preparation aid. They are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government, and a measurement result is not a guarantee of acceptance — issuing authorities make their own decisions. Verify current requirements with the authority before submitting.

No warranty

The tools are provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site — including rejected applications, missed deadlines, or files that did not meet a third party's requirements.

Intellectual property

The site's code, design and text are our property or used under licence (open-source components are credited in the licence register). Your images remain entirely yours.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
