Shrinking a file is two different jobs wearing one name: hitting a visual quality bar, and hitting a number a form demands. This family does both — sliders when your eyes decide, a binary-search encoder when a portal insists on 200 KB — plus a batch lane for whole folders and a side-by-side lab for choosing formats with evidence instead of folklore.
Convert
One direction per tool, because converting HEIC to JPG and JPG to PNG are different jobs with different pitfalls — transparency that needs flattening, formats your recipient cannot open, PDFs that need to become pages or be built from them. Each page states its direction's specific traps instead of hiding them behind a generic "convert" button.
Resize & Crop
Exact pixels, exact ratios, exact print density.
